These part s are a good example of our CNC Milling capabilities.
First one was made of material – KOVAR. A solid model of the parts was created in Solid Works from the customer drawing.
The part was then programmed using CAD/CAM software and its automatic feature recognition technology, verified using computer simulation on the solid model and sent directly to one of our Milling centers for quick and accurate creation of the part.
The second part shows our milling capabilities working on a 5th axe.

These parts demonstrate a mix of CNC turning, CNC Milling, 4th Axis Rotary Milling and outside processing.
This part requires Concentricity and Cylindricity max 0.01mm ( 0.0003”).
These small parts were made of exotic materials – Copper- Molly and Kovar. Most of the drilled holes were with diameters about 0.5mm (0.019”) or smaller and depth of drilling, from 5 to 10 times longer than their diameter.
